According to Sect. 15, Para. 1, Cl. 1 of the German Packaging Act, we are obliged to take back free of charge the following packaging material from end-users.
- Transportation packaging (This means packaging to facilitate handling and transportation of goods in order to avoid transportation damages. Typically, this kind of material such as pallets, surrounding packaging etc. is not meant to be handed over to end-users.),
- Sales and outer packaging that typically private end-users are not confronted with as waste,
- Sales and outer packaging that are excluded from the recycling system according to Sect. 7, Para. 5 of the German Packaging Act and
- Sales packaging of dangerous goods or
- Reusable packaging (this means packaging intended to be used several times for the same purpose where sufficient logistic processes are established in order to enable the returning and recycling of the material which is furthermore encouraged by an appropriate motivation system, generally a deposit return)
When using such a packaging for the delivery of our products we take back the material free of charge. Herewith, we ensure the material to be reused in a recycling process. By informing about the possibility to return the packing material, a higher recycling quote and hence our share to fulfill the European recycling targets of the EU-Directive 94/62/EG shall be ensured.
As an end-user, you can return the packaging material either at the point of delivery or at a place nearby.
